Pt. 1 (preface) is by Thomas Gold who attributes the whole book to Frith (p. 18). Frith's name appears only on the t.p. of "A mirrour, or glasse, to know thyself (pt. 3). The book is also attributed to Richard Tracey.
CONDITION:
VUL copy lacks woodcuts and some pages (pt. 1, pp. 3-4, 19-24, 43; pt. 2, pp. 23-24; pt. 3, p. 155-158; pt. 5, pp. 33-36). VUL t.p. has been repaired and letters supplied (some erroneously). Other t.p.s have Vox Piscis.
