The main texts, in Greek and Latin, are from Jean Butin's edition of the Aphorismi and Prognostica published in Lyons in 1580. The Aphorismi are here changed from Butin's subject arrangement into traditional order and an index of subjects (based on several authorities) is prefixed to them.
