Bound over laced cords in full black goatskin. Evidence of leather clasps, which are now lacking. Triple blind border on both boards. Handsewn endbands in ecru. All edges gilt with gauffered dots near edges. Endpapers not contemporary, likely renewed in 17th century using marbled paper.
