CONTENT:
The first German translation of this antiwar essay by Erasmus based on the saying "Dulce bellum inexperto" ("War is very sweet to those who have never tried it.”) coming from the fourth part of Erasmus' Adagia, which was first published in Latin by Froben in 1515.
