Like the example in Case 9, the parchment used to wrap the boards of this book has also been printed on animal skin. The two pages of printed music used for the front and back covers have both been cut from Psalm 94. The front cover is from 94:5, “Quoniam ipsius est mare, et ipse fecit illud, et aridam fundaverunt manus eius,” while the back cover is from 94:6, “Venite, adoremus, et procidamus, et ploremus ante Deum qui fecit nos” (Bolded are the portions visible on the covers.).
